week 9 – our final theme: ‘governing’ with data!

Well done everyone for making it this far! Week nine of the course is upon us, and we begin our new theme: ‘governing’ with data. Check out the overview of the block here, with some useful explanation of what we mean by this term. We begin our explorations of governing through data with our second, and final, tweetorial – see here.

Just as with the teaching block, we continue our data visualisation task into this new theme. This time around, we might ask questions such as ‘how might this data visualisation be interpreted or used by someone managing education?’ Or, ‘how could this kind of data visualisation be used to inform strategy and policy for education?’. In essence, we’re ‘thinking’ big with our reflections in this block!
