week 7 – ‘teaching dashboards’

Welcome to week 7 everyone! Great to have seen so many of you during the tutorials last week – the recordings should be available on the Teams space if you didn’t manage to attend, or if you want to watch the action again.

Today we continue with the ‘teaching’ with data theme. Remember to use the literature in this block as your primary way of developing an understanding of these issues. Your central task this week is to continue with your hand-drawn visualisations, and in your reflections ask, ‘what are the implications for teachers here?’, or simply ‘what would a teacher do with this representation of data?’ We also have an extension task this week: build a teaching dashboard.
